River Construction was founded in 1987 after Armenio Pereira the owner decided that it was time to take his knowledge and experience gathered from working as a subcontractor for one of the areas largest concrete foundation companies.
He had builders that had encouraged him to start up is own venture and he took a leap of faith. Thru hard work, tenacity and dedication over the years the company has grown and adapted to meet the need of our clients. We have sought input from our builders of how we can improve and have put in place changes to better serve them. Today River Construction has become one of the Northern Virginia’s premier builder partners handling their sitework and foundation needs. We believe that if we do things right we might have the privilege of being referred by our clients.
